The palette is made to have that moody feeling of the sea into it, and i think complimentary pair red-cyan and yellow-blue is best for it

Sailers Friday originates from the prestige meme "Congratulations Sailer you made to Friday". In this meme, Mr.Krabs congratulate you on making it to Friday.

The palette is based on a tetradic scheme (or more likely double complementary). Strong, deep blues are opposed by weak browns and strong bloody reds are opposed by weak turquoises (obviously). Greish violets are trying to bring the contrasts together. Made for this piece: https://lospec.com/gallery/gawrone/mother

Colors picked from a photo of an iridescent puddle of oil. Ironically, it turned out to be great for drawing fish and sea life, as they often have the same shimmery quality.
Image 1: A shimmery black fish with startlingly bright eyes swims through the ocean, accompanied by other silhouettes of sea creatures. Image 2: A lava-lamp-like drawing of a rainbow patch of oil, like the one the palette was based on. - by StellarBee

Batten down the hatches, ye scurvy dogs and look closely, this isn't just a mono ramp! As brightness and saturation increases, the hue gradually shifts from cold blue to warmer cyan. Perfect for adding extra depth to your highlights and shadows with color relativity.
